Lead Generation Services in India: Ads, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, CRM

A complete lead system with five-minute follow-up, built for Indian buyers who enquire on WhatsApp and decide on a call.

Lead generation is a system that attracts prospects through ads, landing pages and content, captures their details, and follows up fast enough to convert them. AICLEX builds the full system for Indian businesses: campaign, landing page, WhatsApp follow-up within five minutes, and a CRM pipeline with reporting.

Lead generation fails in India for a reason that has little to do with ads: the lead is not contacted fast enough. A prospect fills a form at 9:40 pm, gets a call at 11 am the next day, has already spoken to two competitors on WhatsApp, and the ad spend is written off. So we do not sell 'leads'. We build and run a four-part system: a landing page that converts, ads that feed it, WhatsApp follow-up that replies in seconds, and a CRM that shows what happened to every rupee.

AICLEX Technologies runs this system for real-estate developers and plot sellers, coaches and institutes, clinics, schools, and B2B service firms across India. Our own products (WhatsPilot for WhatsApp automation, Zonvo for AI voice calls, Siteboard for real-estate CRM) form the follow-up layer, so speed to lead is engineered rather than hoped for. Below are the parts of the system, the cost-per-lead ranges we plan against by industry, and what the first 90 days look like.

The four-part lead system

Each part has one job and one metric. The landing page converts visitors to enquiries (conversion rate). The ads bring the right visitors at an acceptable cost (cost per click and cost per lead). WhatsApp follow-up turns enquiries into conversations and appointments (contact rate and appointment rate). The CRM records outcomes and feeds them back to the ads (qualified rate and cost per qualified lead). If any one part is missing, the others get blamed.

  • Landing page: single offer, one form or WhatsApp button, loads under three seconds on mobile data, trust elements (RERA number, reviews, batch dates, doctor credentials) above the fold
  • Ads: Google Search for existing demand, Meta lead ads and video for created demand, retargeting on both
  • WhatsApp follow-up: WhatsPilot replies within seconds, asks two or three qualifying questions, shares the brochure or fee details, books a call or site visit, and alerts your sales person
  • Missed-lead recovery: Zonvo AI calling rings leads who do not reply on WhatsApp and reschedules; unanswered leads are re-engaged by broadcast after 48 hours
  • CRM: Siteboard for real estate, Zoho or HubSpot for others; every lead has a source, stage, owner and outcome

Cost per lead benchmarks by industry in India

These are the planning ranges we use when scoping a campaign, drawn from accounts we run. Your actual figures depend on city, offer, creative, season and how quickly leads are answered. Metro cities and premium offers sit at the top of each range; Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities with strong offers sit at the bottom. Treat them as a sanity check, not a promise, and ask any agency that quotes a single number where it comes from.

The number that matters more than cost per lead is cost per qualified lead and, eventually, cost per sale. A ₹150 lead that never answers the phone is worse than a ₹600 lead who books a site visit. Our reporting separates the two from week one.

  • Real-estate plots and affordable housing (Meta lead ads; NCR, Pune, Hyderabad outskirts): ₹300 to ₹1,200 per lead; ₹2,500 to ₹8,000 per site visit
  • Premium apartments and villas: ₹1,000 to ₹4,000 per lead, with site visits considerably higher
  • Coaching and online courses under ₹10,000 (Meta to WhatsApp or webinar): ₹60 to ₹250 per lead
  • Career and skill programmes priced ₹50,000 and above: ₹300 to ₹1,200 per lead
  • Clinics: dental, dermatology, IVF (Google Search plus Meta): ₹250 to ₹1,500 per lead, IVF at the upper end
  • School and college admissions: ₹150 to ₹700 per parent enquiry, seasonal
  • B2B services and software (Google Search, LinkedIn): ₹800 to ₹5,000 per qualified enquiry
  • Local services such as interiors, solar, packers and movers: ₹200 to ₹900 per lead

Speed to lead: why five minutes changes everything

In our accounts, leads contacted within five minutes turn into conversations far more often than leads contacted the next morning. That gap is why we built WhatsPilot and Zonvo. The sequence we set up looks like this: the instant a form or WhatsApp message arrives, an automated reply thanks the person by name, asks the key qualifying question (location and budget for real estate; goal and background for a course; concern and preferred time for a clinic), and offers two appointment slots. If they reply, the conversation is handed to a named sales person with the context attached. If they do not, Zonvo places a polite AI voice call within 15 minutes, and a human call follows if there is interest.

Your team's part is to keep WhatsApp and the CRM open during working hours and update lead stages honestly. We give sales teams a short training session and a one-page playbook, because a good system with an absent salesperson still loses.

Launch process, step by step

A lead generation engagement takes about three weeks from kick-off to first leads. The order matters: follow-up and tracking are ready before a single rupee of ad spend goes out.

  • Week 1: discovery call, offer and target audience defined, qualification criteria agreed in writing, tracking and accounts set up, WhatsApp Business API approval started through WhatsPilot (Meta verification takes a few days)
  • Week 2: landing page built and tested on real phones, ad creatives (six to ten variations) designed, WhatsPilot flow written and approved, CRM pipeline stages created, sales team briefed
  • Week 3: campaigns go live at a controlled budget, daily checks on lead quality, first flow tweaks based on real replies
  • Week 4 onwards: weekly optimisation, offline conversion upload to Google and Meta, fortnightly lead-quality call with sales

What to expect at 30, 60 and 90 days

By day 30 you should have a working system: leads arriving, each one answered in seconds, a CRM view of every enquiry, and an early cost per lead that is probably above where it will settle. We will already know which creatives and audiences are wasting money. By day 60, cost per lead should have come down as losing ad sets are cut and retargeting kicks in, and the qualifying questions in WhatsPilot will have been refined based on hundreds of real replies.

By day 90 the conversation shifts from leads to sales. We look at cost per qualified lead, appointment or site-visit rate, and, where you share it, cost per sale. That is when budget decisions are made with confidence: scale, hold, or change the offer. If the unit economics do not work after a fair 90-day test, we tell you and propose an exit or a different approach instead of extending on hope.

Mistakes that inflate cost per lead

We have inherited enough accounts to know the patterns. Sending ad traffic to the homepage instead of a dedicated page. Asking for six fields on the form when a name and phone number are enough for the first contact. Running Meta lead forms with no WhatsApp or call follow-up. Using one creative until frequency climbs past four. Targeting all of India for a business that serves one district. Pausing campaigns every time a bad week happens, which resets learning. Having no qualification criteria, so the sales team calls everyone and gets demoralised.

The most common and most expensive mistake is not marking leads as qualified or junk in the CRM. Without that feedback, Google and Meta keep sending you more of whatever is cheapest, which is usually the wrong person.

Who this is for

  • Real-estate developers and plot sellers who need site visits, not just phone numbers
  • Coaches, institutes and edtech businesses filling batches and webinars every month
  • Clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres with high-value procedures and appointment-based sales
  • Schools and colleges running time-bound admission drives
  • B2B service and software companies whose sales team needs a steady pipeline
  • Local high-ticket services such as interiors, solar and home renovation

Why choose AICLEX™

1

Follow-up is built in, not outsourced

WhatsPilot and Zonvo are our own products. Instant WhatsApp replies and AI call recovery are configured as part of the campaign with no third-party tool markup.

2

Qualified leads are the metric

We agree qualification criteria before launch and report cost per qualified lead every week, not just cost per form fill.

3

Real-estate specialisation

Siteboard, our plot management CRM, gives developers inventory-linked lead tracking, site-visit scheduling and broker attribution out of the box.

4

Three-week launch, three-month test

Live in three weeks, honest review at 90 days, month to month after that. You are never locked into a system that is not paying for itself.

Pricing

A typical lead generation programme combines a monthly management fee with ad spend that you pay directly to Google and Meta. For most SMEs the ad spend alone begins in the ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 monthly range, with the management fee on top. WhatsPilot is billed separately at ₹1,599 or ₹3,999 per month, Siteboard at ₹1,00,000 per year for real-estate clients, and landing pages and creatives are one-time items. A proposal with GST follows a discovery call.

Frequently asked questions

What does a lead cost in India, and can you guarantee a number of leads?+

See the benchmark ranges above; they vary widely by industry and city, and we will give you a planning range for your case after a discovery call. We do not guarantee lead numbers or cost per lead, because ad platforms do not allow anyone to. We do commit to transparent tracking, weekly optimisation and a frank 90-day review.

Do you sell leads per unit or run campaigns in our account?+

We run campaigns in your own Google and Meta accounts, with your landing page and your CRM, so the data and audiences belong to you. We do not sell shared or resold lead lists; those leads have usually been contacted by several businesses already and convert poorly. Every lead we generate is exclusive to you.

Do we need to buy WhatsPilot or Siteboard to work with you?+

Not necessarily. We can integrate with your existing WhatsApp Business API provider and CRM. Most clients choose WhatsPilot because it is set up by the same team running the campaign and costs ₹1,599 to ₹3,999 per month. Real-estate developers usually find Siteboard's plot inventory and site-visit tracking worth it, but it is optional.

How quickly will leads start coming in?+

Usually in the third week, once the landing page, WhatsApp flow and tracking are ready and campaigns go live. WhatsApp Business API verification through Meta takes a few working days and needs your business documents, so we start that in week one. Stable cost per lead takes another four to six weeks after launch.

What do we need to provide?+

Business documents for WhatsApp API verification (GST certificate, website or Facebook page), ad account access or a card for billing, a clear offer and pricing, photos or videos, RERA or regulatory details where applicable, and a sales person who will answer leads during working hours and update the CRM. We handle everything else.

What is the contract and billing arrangement?+

An initial three-month term, after which either side can end the engagement with 30 days written notice. Management fees are invoiced monthly in advance by Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with GST. Ad spend is paid by you to Google and Meta directly and we add no margin on media. One-time items such as landing pages and creative sets are quoted upfront and invoiced on delivery.
