Most Indian businesses that come to us have already tried digital marketing in pieces. A freelancer ran Meta ads for three months, a cousin built the website, someone posts on Instagram when there is time, and the leads that do come in sit unanswered on WhatsApp until evening. Each piece works a little. Together they leak. Full-funnel digital marketing means we own the whole path from first search to closed deal, and we measure it as one system.
AICLEX Technologies is a digital marketing agency in India built by a product studio. We run our own software (WhatsPilot for WhatsApp automation, Siteboard for real-estate CRM, Zonvo for AI voice calling), so when we say 'automate the follow-up' we are not outsourcing it to a third tool. We are based in Greater Noida and work with clients across India, mostly SMEs between ₹50 lakh and ₹50 crore in annual revenue.
This page explains what we actually do month to month, what you should expect in the first 90 days, what we charge in broad terms, and how to judge whether we are doing a good job. If you would rather talk, call +91 84494 88090 or write to info@aiclex.in.
What full-funnel means in practice
A funnel is just the sequence a stranger follows before paying you. For a CA firm in Lucknow it might be: a Google search for 'GST filing near me', a services page, a WhatsApp message, a call, an invoice. For a D2C skincare brand it is an Instagram reel, a product page, a Razorpay checkout, then a repeat-purchase message 40 days later. Full-funnel marketing means every stage has an owner, a number and a next step.
In our engagements the stack usually looks like this: SEO and content bring in people who are already searching; Google Search and Meta ads bring in people who are searching or scrolling now; social media keeps you visible between purchases; WhatsApp automation answers within seconds and books the call; the CRM or Siteboard records what happened; and a monthly analytics review tells us which stage to fix next.
- Awareness: SEO content, Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts for B2B
- Consideration: Google Search ads, Meta lead ads, retargeting, landing pages, case-study pages
- Conversion: WhatsApp click-to-chat, WhatsPilot auto-replies, Zonvo AI calls for missed leads, UPI or Razorpay payment links
- Retention: WhatsApp broadcasts, email, referral offers, Google review requests
How an engagement runs, step by step
We do not start with ads. We start with a two-week audit that looks at your Google Business Profile, website speed and indexing, ad account history (if any), Instagram insights, your WhatsApp reply times and how leads are currently recorded. The audit ends with a one-page funnel map showing where leads are lost today. Many clients discover their biggest leak is not traffic but response time.
After the audit we agree on a 90-day plan with three or four measurable targets, for example: 120 qualified leads a month at under ₹450 each, 25 target keywords on page one of Google, or a 30 percent reduction in unanswered WhatsApp enquiries. Then the monthly cycle begins.
- Week 1 to 2: audit, tracking setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, call tracking)
- Week 3 to 4: landing pages, WhatsPilot flows, first ad sets, content calendar approved
- Every week after: ad optimisation, two to four content pieces, one reporting call or WhatsApp summary
- Every month: performance review, budget reallocation, next month's plan in writing
What to expect in the first 30, 60 and 90 days
Days 1 to 30 are mostly setup and learning. Ads go live by around day 15, but the algorithms on Google and Meta need roughly 50 conversions to stabilise, so early cost per lead is usually 30 to 50 percent higher than where it settles. SEO changes are published but Google has not rewarded them yet. You will see clean tracking, the first leads, and a lot of questions from us about lead quality.
Days 31 to 60 are where paid campaigns find their footing. We cut losing audiences, scale the winners, and launch retargeting. WhatsApp follow-up sequences are refined based on real replies. Organic traffic typically starts moving for lower-competition terms. Days 61 to 90 are about efficiency: lower cost per lead, better lead-to-sale rate, and a decision about which channels deserve more budget next quarter. If nothing has improved by day 90 we tell you plainly and propose a change or an exit.
Platforms and tools we work in
You keep ownership of every account. We work as a manager or partner inside your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console and Meta WhatsApp Business account, so if you ever leave, the history and the data stay with you. We refuse to run ads from an agency-owned account for exactly this reason.
- Search and analytics: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio dashboards, Ahrefs or Semrush for keyword research
- Paid media: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager (Instagram and Facebook), occasionally LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B
- Messaging and follow-up: WhatsPilot on the official WhatsApp Business API, Zonvo AI voice calling for missed-call recovery, email through Brevo or Zoho Campaigns
- Sales tracking: Siteboard for real-estate clients, Zoho CRM or HubSpot free tier for others, Razorpay or Cashfree payment links for instant collection
- Content and design: Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut for reels, Notion for the content calendar
Mistakes to avoid when hiring a digital marketing agency
Judging an agency by followers or impressions; neither pays salaries, so ask for cost per qualified lead and lead-to-customer rate. Signing a 12-month lock-in before seeing 90 days of work; we work on three-month agreements that renew monthly after that. Letting the agency own your ad accounts, domain or Meta Business Manager. Not deciding who on your side answers leads within five minutes; the best campaign in India dies on an unanswered WhatsApp.
Another quiet mistake is running every channel at once with a small budget. A ₹30,000 monthly spend split across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube produces nothing measurable anywhere. We would rather run one channel properly, prove it, then add the second.
How we measure and report
You get a live Looker Studio dashboard that pulls from Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and your CRM, plus a short WhatsApp summary every Monday and a 45-minute review call each month. The numbers we care about, in order: qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, lead-to-sale conversion, revenue attributed, and only then traffic, rankings and engagement.
Qualified means the lead matched the criteria we agreed, for example a budget above ₹40 lakh for a plot enquiry or a working professional for a career course. We tag lead quality in the CRM every week with your sales team so that the ads optimise towards buyers, not form-fillers.
Who this is for
- SMEs and family businesses that have tried freelancers and want one accountable team
- Coaches, trainers and course creators selling online programmes priced between ₹5,000 and ₹2 lakh
- Real-estate developers and plot sellers who need a steady flow of site visits, not just enquiries
- Clinics, dental chains, diagnostic centres and other local services competing in Google Maps
- D2C brands on Shopify or WooCommerce that need profitable paid acquisition beyond marketplaces
- Schools, colleges and coaching institutes with seasonal admission targets
Why choose AICLEX™
We build the software we automate with
WhatsPilot, Siteboard and Zonvo are our own products, so follow-up automation and CRM are configured by the people who wrote them, not bolted on from a reseller.
Funnel-level accountability
We report cost per qualified lead and revenue attributed, not just clicks. Every monthly review starts with the money question.
Your accounts, your data
Ad accounts, Business Manager, Search Console and the WhatsApp API stay in your name. Leaving us costs nothing but a removed user permission.
Indian market context
We know festive-season CPM spikes, Tier 2 and Tier 3 city language mixes, UPI drop-off patterns and what a Hinglish ad does to click-through rates, because we run these campaigns every day.
Pricing
Most SME engagements start around ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month in ad spend plus a management and content fee that depends on the number of channels. Single-channel retainers begin lower; multi-channel programmes with content production cost more. Every proposal follows a free discovery call and comes with a GST invoice from Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Frequently asked questions
How much does digital marketing cost per month in India for a small business?+
It depends on channels and ambition. A focused single-channel programme (say Google Search ads plus WhatsApp follow-up) is far cheaper than SEO, paid social, content and automation together. As a rough guide, budget ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month for ad spend on top of the agency fee, and expect the total to rise only when results justify it. We give a written proposal after a discovery call.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?+
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Google and Meta do not sell guaranteed outcomes to anyone. What we commit to is transparent tracking, agreed targets, weekly optimisation and a frank conversation at day 90 if targets are missed. Our clients stay because the numbers improve, not because of a contract clause.
What is the minimum contract period?+
Three months, because the first month is largely setup and learning and judging results before then is unfair to both sides. After that it renews month to month with 30 days notice. There is no lock-in and no exit fee.
What do we need to provide from our side?+
Access to your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and social handles; a person who can answer leads quickly; product or service details, pricing and photos; and about an hour a week for approvals and the review call. For regulated categories like clinics or finance, we also need any disclaimers your compliance requires.
Can you work with our existing website and CRM?+
Usually yes. We audit the site first; if it is slow or cannot host tracking properly we will say so and quote a fix separately. We integrate with Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared and most Indian CRMs via webhooks, and with Siteboard natively for real-estate clients.
Do you provide a GST invoice and how are payments made?+
Yes. All invoices are issued by Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with GST, so you can claim input credit. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta from your own account; we never mark up ad spend. Fees are payable monthly in advance by bank transfer, UPI or Razorpay link.
