ERP modules for SMEs
For trading, manufacturing and distribution businesses we assemble only the modules you need. Inventory with batch, expiry and multiple godowns. Purchase with supplier quotes, purchase orders and GRN. Sales with quotations, GST invoices, e-invoice and e-way bill where turnover requires them, and dispatch tracking. Production with bill of materials and job cards. HR with attendance, leave and salary computation. Accounts inside the ERP or synced to Tally so your CA keeps working the way they prefer.
A packaging manufacturer might need only inventory, purchase, production and sales with Tally for books. A pharma distributor needs batch and expiry tracking, schemes and credit limits per retailer. We scope module by module and you pay for what is switched on.
Migrating from Excel, Tally and paper registers
Migration is where ERP projects succeed or fail, so it is its own workstream. We collect every sheet, register and Tally export, map each column to a field, and clean the data with you: duplicate student records, inconsistent item names, missing GST rates. We import into a staging system where your staff verify counts, balances and sample records, then cut over at a natural boundary such as a new session, quarter or financial year.
For the first month both systems run in parallel for critical functions such as fee collection or invoicing, so nothing is lost if a field was mapped wrongly. Tally integration can be two-way: invoices post from the ERP to Tally, and ledger balances are visible in the ERP.

Implementation timeline, hosting, security and support

Weeks 5 to 8: customisation, data migration, and integration with payment gateway, WhatsApp and Tally. Weeks 9 to 10: training in batches and go-live support with someone on call. The system runs on AWS or Vercel with managed PostgreSQL in Mumbai, in your institution's name, with source code in your GitHub. Daily backups are retained 30 days and a restore is tested during implementation. Student and employee data gets consent records and deletion on request under Indian law. After 60 days of included support, an annual AMC covers new session setup, GST and statutory changes, report tweaks and a working-hours support line.
